If you’re sadic enough, show a mute map to a spaniard and ask him where Poland is.
Yet i’ts quite curious how many polish songs treat spanish topics. I guess, Spain was afar, egzotyk, and culturally-catholic. The same with the Calderón de la Barca classic spanish theater work „la vida es sueño”, which takes place on Poland, with kings that actually existed.
It’s a pleasure to dive into polish old songs. Polish speak have somewhat aristocratic... Russian doesn’t use to sound so elegant. Czech, Slowak or Ukranian are clearly lower and were made to enhace the beauty and elegance of polish pronunciation. Magyar, Lithuanian and Suomi sounds barbarian, undeniably they’re a God punishment for that countries many sins.
If i continue... German is nice, but not poetic at all. Yet enhaced by its bastard sons, Dansk and Dutch. French is clearly overrated. We have to admit it. Italian is quite poetic, beautiful. Catalan is not serious, Portuguese is a dirty and despisable speak, Greek is a miserable language, yugoslavian languages are a cheap copy of russian, British english is snobbish and violent. Vasque is like icelandic, the co-official hell languages. Spanish is the proof we doesn’t deserve God’s love.
